This high performance waterborne, two-component epoxy is designed to stand up to the wear and tear of garage floors and other high use floor applications.

An industrial grade waterborne coating that is DIY-friendly.  Provides the same toughness and durability of a solvent based epoxy.  It resists impact, abrasion, chemicals and common household cleaners.

Formulated to provide excellent coverage, superior chemical and stain resistance, and a rich durable semi-gloss finish.

It is easy to apply and will not lift existing coatings.
